Cisco Cloud View is a new service offering with the intention to be used on Apple's iPad, allowing for a revolutionary way for their technical service staff to interact in real-time with onsite customers. 
We were responsible for envisioning an experience for both the customer and the agent showcasing useful features such as network problem solving, communicating client leads, system setup and ordering, and network diagnostic display.
This interactive demo was built to work on an iPad and distributed to stakeholders to earn buy-in and build momentum for a real-world solution.
